About Our Practice
Dr. Azalea Sharifi has been practicing dentistry since 1995. She opened her newest practice in 2015 and has practiced in the Collegeville area since 2004.
Dr. Sharifi and her team care for patients of all ages and manage most procedures in-house, so you rarely need a referral to a specialist.
We care about your family’s oral health and safety. We have expanded our already stringent sterilization procedures to include the latest disinfection techniques and are proud to be one of the only offices in the area that offers these additional safety measures .
Evansburg Family Dentistry is in the Evansburg Village Shopping Center, located at 3801 Germantown Pike, Suite A-107, in Collegeville, PA. We are minutes from the beautiful Evansburg State Park.
